- File Manager - how to upload your website / files and manage files / folder on your server using file manager. This method is recommended when you do not have a very large website. - Creating / Managing your Email Box: You can create unlimited email addresses with your domain name extension i.e. sales@yourdomainname. This vidoes tutorial shows how to create your email address. (Step by Step Video for Email account)
- Email Forwarding: When you want your emails to be coming to only one box you can use email forwarding. e.g. If you have a gmail account like yourname@gmail.com and you want that instead of opening all your mail boxes at your domain.com you should get a copy to your gmail address, you can use email forwarding from within your cpanel. (See how to do it).
- Auto Responders: An automatic response can be send to anyone who sends mail to your domains mailing address. e.g. you have a info@yourdomain mailing address, and are porceeding on leave etc for few days so will not be available to for response. You can add an auto responder at mailing address info@yourdomain to this effect. Any one send you mail at info address will automatically get the set response. (Video Tutorial of Auto responder )
- Sub Domain: Suppose you have a number of sub section / categories of your business, e.g. if you sell sports goods from Pakistan and have outlets in many cities like Lahore, Karachi, Islmabad, etc. you can create a sub domain for each category or location, It would appear like http://lahore.yourdomainname.com etc. (Video Tutorial for Sub Domains)
- Changing Password: Changing password priodically is a recommened practice for security of your domain. Your cpanel allows you to change password, lets you know how good your password is and if you so desire, recommends password to you. (Video Tutorrial for Changing Password).
